QAD Enterprise Application Integration with CRM
Post Date: 9/2/13 (Silver, 34 Posts) Recent PostsI see AIM version 3.0.6 is required for QAD Enterprise Application Integration with CRM. (REF: QAD CRM Installation Guide)
but I have no idea why AIM is required. Is it mandatory or optional? if it is optional, when does it require AIM?

No it is not mandatory to have AIM for integration with CRM. I believe the way information is presented in Install Guide needs correction. We will correct it in next revision of the install guide. Hope this helps.
