Modifying/removing Group titles in Frames

I'm being asked to modify Group Header titles, or remove the Group entirely from a frame. Specifically, Under Profile|Further Details tab, I would like to "hide" the Issue Information and Other Information fields and headers. Can this kind of modification be done?

Yes, the issue information can be hidden.

Would require to analyze further over Fields & Header modification.

Good to have a Support-Incident to research the matter.

This was reviewed by CRM R&D and the standard CRM product is working as designed. It would be a customization to hide those discussed with David.
