When you release the WO the system checks to see how much AVAILABLE inventory there is (that is inventory not allocated to another order) and uses the available amount to detail allocate to your order (PICKED).  But it does a general allocation for the balance.

When you issue the materials you will see on the right two buttons ISSUE ALLOC and ISSUE PICKED.  Default is to only select picked.

But once you are in the order you can still issue any amount and even drive the system negative depending upon the status code of the inventory.  If it is set to not allow over issue and you do not have enough on hand (regardless of where it is allocated to) it will stop you.  But if you allow over issue it would allow you.  However, it will always warn you at the bottom of the screen if you are trying to issue too much or there isnot enough unallocated inventory

So, if on case have very much raw material (about 300 RM) in BOM and issue component many time for one operation then we must using CIM on Work order bill maintenance (16.13.1) to adjust Quantity allocate or Quatity picked.

Well that is a different question but the answer is no.  If you need say 300 of the RM but you issue it in small amounts that the system will allocate the FULL amount when you first release the Order.  Say you had 100 on hand it would detail allocate 100 (PICKED) and general allocate the remaining 200.

Now let's say you have issued 75 and then you get another receipt of another 100 of the RM, the quickest way is to just rerun the release process 16.6.  Then you will see 125 PICKED, 100 ALLOCATED and 75 issued
