I'm new to this FORUM.

I'd like to create or manipulate our E-ALerts ie OVER DUE SALES ORDER LIST.

I beleive its a CUSTOM screen or program. How do I access these programs? Or, is there a simple (ie non-coding) way of developing one?

I have NO Progress Coding experience.
