Naveen, Excel Integration is restricted to various components of the new EE Financials. There is no Excel integration for items.

There is a tool named QAD Excellerator that allows you to extract data to Excel and import data from Excel without using CIM. Can be use for static data's (like items) and dynamic data's (like SO).

This a QAD Q-Xtend extension that adds several Add-ons to Excel that enable users to create Excel spreadsheet templates that handle bi-directional exchange of data with QAD Enterprise Applications. It's a far more robust and easier to use solution than CIM and because it uses QAD Q-Xtend, it's configurable. It's well suited for mass data updating; query QAD Enterprise Applications to load an Excel spreadsheet with data (QAD Excelerator configured spreadsheet), make changes to the data and then load updates back into QAD Enterprise Applications, all within Excel and with better error handling.
