Could someone help me with a list of Decimal Parameters that could be set in 35.13.10 and the meaning and implication in update/import of the schedules?

I am not aware of decimal parameters ever being used for schedules, I am sure the gateway does not use them.
You can print out the transformaiton (35.15.19) to see if there is any custom logic to lookup such values.
