HI All,

I would like to know if there is any reason to have a report looking for an record where tr_effdate or tr_date are not filled. To my understanding there should be no tr_hist records with no effetive date at all!!

This is because i have a Customer complaining on performenace of 3.21.16 report because of the "or" clause.

and   (tr_effdate >= efdate

            and tr_effdate <= efdate1

                or  tr_effdate  = ?)
