Purchase Order History Log

I know there is a Requisition History Log that tracks all movements for a Requisition even if the Requisition is deleted, but I is there the same or similar for Purchase Orders? I would think that it would also be important to track who creates, modifies or even deletes a Purchase Order. Any Idea?

Is the booking history flag set to yes in the purchase control file (5.24).  this then records a transaction (ord-po) when changes/additions are made

OK, I will ask to check 5.24 to see if it's active, after that where would I need to go to run a report/query to see the transactions?

You can use the transaction by item browse.  You would be looking for transactoin type ORD-PO.  Also you can use the transaction by order browse but by default it does not show these transactions.  To display thenm set the transaction type to ORD-PO
