How is calculated the total cumulative time of a manufactured item

Hello
I have several articles manufactured with a "cumulative lead time" at zero, this is not normal.

I'm looking to understand how this value is calculated (Cum LT).

I use 2013EE, i see this information in Item Planning Data

Could you help me ? please

Have you run the Cumulative lead time roll up?.  It starts at the bottom (Purchased Items) and uses the Purchase LT, then at the next level it uses the Manufactured time (*1.4) because MLt is in working days not calendar, and then keeps repeating up the chain always adding the longest CLT from the level below.
