How is calculated the total cumulative time of a manufactured item

I have several articles manufactured with a "cumulative lead time" at zero, this is not normal.
I'm looking to understand how this value is calculated (Cum LT).
I use 2013EE, i see this information in Item Planning Data
Could you help me ? please

It starts at the bottom (Purchased Items) and uses the Purchase LT, then at the next level it uses the Manufactured time (*1.4) because MLt is in working days not calendar, and then keeps repeating up the chain always adding the longest CLT from the level below.
