Is there a way to track (timestamp) DO Shipper movements? we are using Distrubution Orders combined with Serialization to fulfil interplant requirements, but since the process is executed by different departments, the Pick&Pack stage is executed by one department (Source Site), whereas the actual PickUp, Transfer and Delivery by another (Transportation) and the Unload and Receipt by another (Destination Site).

So, in order to measure the Pick&Pack efficiency we measure against the DO Shipper Confirmation (ISS-DO transaction). And to measure the Unload and Receipt, we measure against the DO Receipt (RCT-DO).

However, we don't have a way of measuring how much time elapses between the material being ready for pick up and the actual pick up; or how much time it spends in transit before it is delivered at the destination site, after which some time elapses until it is unloaded.

Is there a way, product that allows this level of tracking in QAD?

We are using QAD EE 2016.
