vset5090.w was not found.

CRM 6.5 Build 13:

Established user, established laptop, just new to each other.

Under Opportunities on the Quote tab, right click and select Quote Print. The Printing Options window does not appear, but this one does. ** "vset5090.w" was not found. (293)

When the OK button is selected, the user is taken back out to the log in window.

Hello David, I have tried replicating it in CRM 6.5 build 13 in our environment ( QAD internal environment ), but it did not replicate. It also did not replicate in the latest environment. As per error message it appears to be vset5090.w program might not be available hence request you to check the availability and deployment of the program, however if you are looking are more assistance on it, please raise a incident Our Support team will look into itfor further analysis.
