Sales Order Auto Allocations doesn't work

I'm trying to do auto allocation in 7.9.1 and the pick-list is not printed.

in 7.1.7 Sales Order Auto Allocations it doesn't work as well.

Inventory exist with available status.

any idea what could be the reason?

Have you checked the due date of the sales orders and the allocation horizon? If orders are not due within the horizon, inventory cannot be allocated.

sure I checked. the flag in 7.1.24 is on 5 days and the due date is today...

Did you try using 7.1.6 Sales Order Manual Allocations? You should see a message explaining why the item cannot be allocated.

If the order is allocating correctly in 7.1.6 then I would check to see what the credit hold field is set to. (7.1.14). If this field is not blank you can still allocate but it will not print the shipper.
