My client just converted from eB2sp1 to 2013SE .Net 2.9.6 (Progress 10.2B patch 07)

They run Stock card report framework (Localize report) and found error from AS.server.log

This happens only with converted database. Another new installed database with same version/patch does not have this problem.

I've found kbase: AA-78390 with exactly same message and already fix, but it's on EE version.

My client is 2013SE version.
