It spent long time when run 7.9.5 menu to print invoice, we need to wait at least half an hour everytime, the system response is very slowly. Does somebody meet this kind question in daily work? how to fix this?

7.9.5 PreShipper/Shipper Confirm, this program (1) issues inventory and as a confirmation of this issue (2)prints a document (=invoice). This menu is SLOW because the first action is probably "locked" by other users who are performing inventory transactions. Solution: try to find out who is "locking" the inventory. You may want to review your procedures etc.
