We are wrapping up our project which included 2013.1EE, CRM, SSM, and Avatax.  Getting everything to communicate/integrate effectively continues to be a heavy effort on our end.  I am looking for other CRM power users who may feel our pains but see the future potentail the software has.  We have accomplished much with gathering data in CRM through the hierarchical relationships linking patients to doctors to track prescriptions.  I have been loading the support team with issues to be resolved and enhancement requests for this program which include things such as...

1. Updating the mail merge program they have for quotes to include Bill-To address  information.
2. Allowing users to update contact information after a opportunity has been setup.
3. Integrating the tax class field between ERP and CRM so that I can setup customers as exempt ahead of time.
4. Setting default values
5. Resolving the 100% discount issue.
6. Limiting GDI inport files to not allow information to be loaded beyond the allowable limits.
7. Having the payment terms from the bill-to used instead of the sold-to
8. Adding ship-to addresses in CRM that will push forward to ERP through the profile instead of creating a seperate contact
