Does anybody setup correctly PDM functionality in EAM12.8

I have setup PDM functionality as the documentation explains. PDM functions fine if the Ignore Tools field in site maintenance isn't active.

I need to update tool equipments defined in EAM from the information of the op_hist table. Taking into consideration the documentation, it explains that this can be done using the Ignore Tools and Separate Tool fields.

Does anybody setup this functionality? Is it working fine? I have apply all the information in the documentation related to PDM and it doesn't work well.

Hi Olga, Sorry to hear that you're having problems setting up PDM. The documentation has been proven to be correct, so if the error is not in the setup, it may be in something else in your system. If you haven't solved the problem yet, you may need to contact Services.

Hi Olga,

Did you get this working? Are you using work orders or advanced repeditive in QAD? Does the tool code show up in the Operation Transaction Browse after reporting production?
