Our team has run in to a strange problem during TP Library Load. Upon loading the 855 file, QAD shows below error message on screen:

** Wrk_TransformationFunction already exists with "00000001". (132)

Before loading 855 the team loaded the 850 file and that got loaded without any errors. In the past, the same 855 file got loaded without any errors.

Where can I get additional debug/error messages for this issue? Does QAD log debug/error information elsewhere other than the screen?

Or alternatively, if any of you have faced this message previously and can point me towards a solution that would be great.
