Minimum Amount warning on a sales order
Post Date: 4/4/23 (Bronze, 1 Post) Recent PostsWe are looking to set a warning on a sales order trailer if a sales order for a given order does not meet a minimum dollar amount. I was trying to do this with the price lists and the min qty field but that only comes into play if the order meets the minimum qty. Has anyone done this before successfully?

In EE 2017 the Sales Order Accounting Control menu has a field "minimum shipment amount". Here is the field help:
Specifies the minimum order value (in base currency).The system displays a warning message in Sales Order Maintenance, Sales Order Shipments, and Pending Invoice Maintenance if the order value (in base currency) is less than the control program value.
