Sales Order Attachments

We have been asked to create a field within a sales order browse that says "Yes" or "No" that there is an attachment to the sales order. Our Cust Service Team is supposed to start attaching emailed POs to the sales order that they have entered so the PO can be found easily. Then from the browse we need to include a drill down that will open the attachment. Is something like this even possible?

You can set to PO field on the PO to be mandatory.  You could then set up a hyperlink from that field to the PDF of the PO.
Not sure how you would do that in a browse but I am sure that can be done
