Regarding Precision Endpont
End point URL: https://app.marmon-test.gtte.qad.com/highway/ws/precision
Looks like some changes has been made at Precision end, Tender Request aka Ship Shipment workflow is not hitting Precision system successfully and received error message.
Precision Custom map passed successfully and failed @ Send stage.
Since Precision is not live and not integrated with any Customer, currently no impact post 24.1 deployment.

Further discussion with UMB team we came to know that recently precision endpoint URL has changed, and they suggested to use URL\credentials as per preprod. still, we are observing same error with a new error as “Precision response error, BB0399 Package volume UOM is invalid: CR”, QA validated for different volume UOM’s as it is showing error but same error observed.

Note:
- QA identified the issue during Week6, lot of debugging has been progressed on this and MI Dev & QA team has also helped debugging on this.
- This has worked fine during 23.7 RC Cycle.
- Refer below snippets for more data points and steps tried per MI team suggestions.
- Another point to note - Rate shop API's are working but Tender Request is failing. Rate shop makes API calls whereas Tender uses Web Service Adapter – not sure if this is reason for rate shop not failing.
- @Ashok Kumar Pradhan Please review and let us know for any pointers. Map successfully passed.
- @K Surendra Babu/ @Bharath Thimmareddy- Could you please check with precision counterpart and keep us informed on how do we progress to further debug?
