In my 35 years of implementing QAD I have seen this request a number of times, but there is no standard way to do this

Thank you so much Mr Phill Norrey, it's a necessary option that should be present in the standard way.
I saw this option in an other ERP (a check box called "Fixed quantity" in the menu of product structure maintenance :you check it and add the quantity to be displayed in the BOM and packing list what ever the quantity of the workorder).
