Wrong default location in PO Maintenance (5.7)

Hello,
We are experiencing an issue when creating new purchase orders for a couple of items in specific. The default location that comes up in the "line details" section is incorrect and I can't figure out where it is pulling this location from. We have changed the location for this item in 1.4.1 (and verified it in 1.4.5), yet everytime we issue a PO we have to manually adjust the location. Can anyone offer any advice on what I may be missing? We are using QAD2014EE

Check on the planning screen to see if inspection = YES.  If so the the system overrides the default location and uses the inspection location defined in the control file.
Also are you running multiple sites?  If so then you need to check if a site planning record exists.  If it does then changing the location in 1.4.1 makes no difference, you need to check in 1.4.17 .  If the site record exists then it would use that location (unless Insp=yes as stated above).  If a site record does not exist then it would use the default set up in 1.4.1 or 1.4.7

Thank you!!! The inspection box was checked for both of the items in question. Unchecked it, and it now defaults to the correct location. Thanks so much for your help!
