For customers running QXtend, Message Monitor Plug-In becomes an increasing important tool to enable business with clear visibility of the messages processed so RCA (root cause analysis) can be done in minutes instead of hours or days.  It is getting popular among QAD customers.  However, since it does make connection to QXO UI AppServer from .Net UI, there are a few areas that QAD can make some improvements to greatly help the user experience:

1. Domain and Business Objec / Profile based security:  Due to the shared service model of QXtend, data from all domains and BO / profile is available to the user using Message Monitor.  It is desired that it can be configured so that it is an option to allow the user of the current domain to view the data only to their domain, and if possible, limit the visibility of BO/Profile based on the user role.  This level of security will be critical for a lot of customers before they can make this till available to business users.  This feature can be useful for other workbench style interfaces such as MSW/PSW.
2. Allow the "Favoties" feature so the user can save the selection criteria, similar to .Net UI browse 
3. Able to configrure by user access to allow / disallow the deletion / retry of messages (READ ONLY mode)
4. Allow mass retry of failred messages instead of only allow one raw message group at a time
5. Configure some parsing capabilities so that exception messages can be more easily visible in Message Monitor - currently user has to dig into the XML content to find the exception messages.
