When starting the QAD CRM WebClient application you might encounter this message:

"Your current version of application ' QAD CRM Application Name',X, is more recent than the requested version,Y. Unable to run application."

Cause

This can happen if the wrong application's configuration file, <application name>.prowcapc, is deployed on the server.

Resolution

Check the timestamp of the deployed <application name>.prowcapc and make sure that you have the latest one copied to the deployment server.
