If you mean the supplier's phone number then just go into the supplier maintenance (2.3.1) and at the bottom of the first frame you will see the suppliers Telephone and Fax number.

Well unless you have modified the output option you might want to look under the company address (2.12)

But a lot of companies modify the output so they can use partially pre-printed stationery

Oh excellence, i just go to 2.12 to change telephone number and it also changed accordingly on Purchase Order Print.

The prolem was fixed after getting your help.
